Dead and bloated was on yesturday when i was on my way to work during part of the show where they play a song backwards then people call in and guess the song. Usually they get it in 3 tries but it took about 8 callers til they got it. The first 3 guessed skillet and the next 4 guessed stp but thought it was wicked garden. Then when i was at work interstate love song came on which was suprising because that station only plays stuff like lady gaga and owl city garbage

In the past few days, in the little time that I've spent listening to the radio, I've heard 3 Soundgarden songs.

No STP.  >:(

I did hear Dancing Days a few weeks ago though.

Sorry to rub it in, but my station crushes yours in terms of STP radio play. This is from today alone.
10:03 AM "WICKED GARDEN" - STONE TEMPLE PILOTS
7:04 AM "VASOLINE" - STONE TEMPLE PILOTS
3:33 AM "CREEP" - STONE TEMPLE PILOTS

They played Soundgarden too ;)
7:29 AM "OUTSHINED" - SOUNDGARDEN
Dedicated. Disgusting. Disturbing.

I'm just sittin' on this merry-go-round, and the music is too loud..

Skillet has a female vocalist in the band. How the hell did they come up with that?
(I don't know if she's lead. She might be backing, but still)

i LOVE outshined. it sounds like the badmotorfinger album might have influenced stp's core, they have very similar sounds on a couple songs.

I heard "Days of the Week" at Chile's yesterday! I've never heard anything from Shangri-La.

You probably heard it because I requested it.  ;D

I heard Vasoline on the radio yesterday and afterwards the DJ said he was told the new STP album is going to have a "60's feel to it".  Has anyone else heard that?

i think i used to hear "hollywood bitch" a lot when i lived in new jersey, but i was pretty young then so i dont really remember. i know it was somewhat popular when it came out so i guess its possible they played it a lot.

I think The Rock 106.9 WCCC in Hartford holds up pretty well.  Over the weekend, they did a "double play for the holiday weekend".  Here was their STP lineup:

Saturday:
5:07am:  Down, Lady Picture Show
11:31am: Crackerman, Unglued

Sunday:
7:25pm: Still Remains, Vasoline

Monday:
7:37am: ILS, Trippin'
11:04am: Wicked Garden, Still Remains
1:59pm: Sex Type Thing, Trippin'
10:03pm: Unglued, Dead and Bloated

I think AIC songs were like 3-1 to STP too.  So, overall, not a bad weekend to be around a radio.
