Who cares. Anyone who has past relationships, however turbulant, you know that you sometimes carry some good thought or feelings once time has been able to heal you.

And being the mother of his kids. no matter who he becomes involved with, they can never take her place. I just don't know if she's mature enough to "get" that. She may not care anyways.

I'm sure that things between them have settled some, and Scott's just looking out for her. He does still love her, and I see no reason why he would not try to make things work between them while the kids are still involved. Coming from a large family, I've seen several break-ups, most of them messy, but some of them you would never guess they were apart. If they can act like adults and still be friends, more power to them.

 Here's my take on the whole situation especially with this book. After it comes out and maybe before Scott is going to get back together with Mary. I called it first!!!!!!!
  They have just been through tooo tooo much together in their lives publicly and behind the doors plus 2 kids to stay apart. Plus after this Paz thing(I'm sure she was way to immature for Scott's mentality) Scott misses Mary even more now and I bet you they talk even more now on the phone now than when they were together.
 Hawk had a vibe............OUT!!!!!!!!!!!
