2002 was the year my friend

Actually it was 2001.
Correct.
haha damn i could've swore it was '02. oh well. ill throw in my two cents regarding scotts current stage presence and get back on topic...i agree with a lot of weilandfan said earlier...obviously id love to see scott go crazy like he did 10 years ago but i am just happy he's alive, appearing to be doing well, and still rockin out with stp. i really couldnt ask for more and even though he's not what he used to be, its not like hes a BAD frontman, because he's not and he could kick the ass of most young frontmen out there now...he's just so goddamn unique
My STP shows: 8/10/2008, 7/19/2009, 10/10/2009, 5/22/2010, 4/26/2011, 4/24/2015   Weiland solo: 1/29/2009, 11/29/2012, 3/13/2015    VR: 8/5/2007

I for one am happy he's keeping himself under control and more importantly, keeping his voice under control. If he is to record a new album with STP soon, running around and belting everything like he did in 2001 won't help his chops, which we're all hoping are in top shape for the studio. Looking forward to the show at Mohegan on July 17th!

In some ways, Scott is like the president. He doesn't know how to talk (or in Scott's case, sing) without a teleprompter. The fact that for at least some songs he needs help with the lyrics might have something to do with why he stands in the middle of the stage when he's singing. On songs that he sings all the time (Crackerman, Creep), he's usually dancing all over the stage, but he hasn't sang songs like Piece Of Pie or Silvergun Superman regularly in quite some time.

I dare say this is there best show since the reunion. Scott is on FIRE.

Since he stopped with heroin, he has been always on fire... ;D
Whatever they say I am, that's what I'm not!
