Someone, explain this @Jessie @Peebs @Junior thing.  Is the "@______" the person's name?  Is that something you are saying TO that person?

Yes. when you atart a tweet with @ someone is JUST to that person. The only other people who can read that tweet is other people who follow you both.

So if I put "@STPgirl blah blah blah" you see it.
If I put "so I was talking to @STPgirl blah blah blah" as a tweet EVERYONE who follows me can read that tweet!

And that concludes todays twitter lesson....lol
