I'm not Doug, but I'm pretty sure I've read in quite a few interviews that Scott doesn't really do the internet thing.

Actually he does do the internet thing. Thats how the whole MattSorum war started and Scott fired back via internet. The key is that we have to find out if "TheScottWeiland" is Scott's user name on twitter. I'd think he might be alittle more creative like Doug's here which is otisgreenroom

He has said straight up that he doesn't do things like MySpace or Facebook though, and that's exactly what twitter is, a social networking site.

But even if I did, and AoA was on it, I probably would be "all over it", cause I'm sure the information would actually be IMPORTANT as it would pertain to a superior band.

What would be on an AoA Twitter?  The only update on it would be, "We've been dead for 2 years and we're never coming back."

I would like to see Eric, Dean, and Rob create their own individual Twitters too.  I think Robert would be pretty hands on if he had one.

Also Action Girls what's with the mega Scott hate in the last few months?  Criticism is fine (I criticize Scott at times), but you've had a total 180 from a year ago when you were hardcore pro Scott.

Twitter is a social networking site where you add people you know, famous people, bands, whomever, and they can only post messages that are 140 characters or less.


So it's basically text messaging from a computer. I've never been into it, but I was watching some show and Lily Allen would hide concert tickets, and then "tweet" about them and sit there and wait until someone came up and found the tickets. So it's a cool thing, as long as you're into that stuff.

Brett, it's not that I'm hating on Scott. I'm still pro-Scott, 12 Bar Blues is my musical bible. I think the guy is a genius when it comes to music, not so much on life choices, but that's another story.

I'm just being critical of what he does. Maybe it's just I'm past the point of being a fan and being "real".
