Below Empty to me would be better as either the second or third song. Opener? Hmm...would like to see them open with Unglued just once.

I'd rather be stuck with Pez. Got a sweet tooth right now.

It's probably the weed.

My Super-Concert Super-Set List
« Reply #310 on: January 07, 2009, 08:57:17 AM »
Completely out of boredom, and cause I just got all my STP music up on my mac, I decided to put together a massive set list of what I'd dream of seeing live in concert. I've comprised every STP song I could find, minus a few covers, to put this together. Out of the 67 songs listed below, amazingly, only 19 of them I didn't have live recordings of. Using Garage Band on my mac, I compiled the songs to flow like a real live concert -- the best I could. For the songs I had no live versions of, I simply used the studio tracks and laid it over some really good audio stock of crowd noise from real STP shows. I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed with how it's coming along. I'm not finished, but since it's all working out pretty good so far, I wanted to post on here my set lists. Please give me some feedback, ideas, questions, etc. Agree with the order of songs? Disagree? Anyone interested in receiving a copy of this once it's complete? Let me know!
A few quick notes:
I arranged it as 4 sets of fifteen songs each, with a 7 song encore.
There are some random clips I have of STP jams in between songs and rants from Scott that I intend to mix in some places.
The 19 songs I do not have live versions of that are laid over crowd audio are indicated with an asterisk ( * ).

Wow dude, you were bored weren't you?? Thats cool. I probably would do the same thing if I had any knowledge with that stuff. Sounds like a fun way to spend a evening! I'd like a copy. Why not.

Anyone else do that sort of thing for any bands?

That's awesome!  That would be an absolute insane concert also.  I mean imagine if they had no opening act & just played all those songs.

Here's my STP SUPER-SET-LIST!

Crackerman
Meatplow
Sour Girl
Vasoline
Wicked Garden
Silvergun Superman
Piece of Pie

then...
an ACOUSTIC set like they used to do back in the day!

Pretty Penny
Bi-Polar Bear
Plush
Kitchenware & Candybars

then...
back to the ELECTRIC guitars!

Interstate Love Song
Lounge Fly
No Way Out
Big Bang Baby
Army Ants
Sin

ENCORE #1

Big Empty
Trippin On A Hole In A Paper Heart

ENCORE #2

Down
Sex Type Thing

Okay, I know what you're thinkin'.  But at my ideal STP show, they would do 2 encores.
And secondly, though I would love to hear "Unglued" and "Lady Picture Show", some
songs just couldn't make the list.  Seeing STP play "No Way Out" or "Kitchware & Candybars" would be worth it!

On another note, I'm hoping for another STP record.  Keep your fingers crossed everyone!
