2. That picture is absolutely from the 12BB arrest, when his 1998 tour was cancelled.  100% for sure.  Unless he felt like he had to dye his hair the same way it was the last time he was in jail.  And shave his face for the prison stint.

I almost was hoping that Scott would have went in right after Jimmy Kimmel and had time to "regroup" before the tour. Everyone is looking for a triumphant return. Any less than 100% will be considered a failure, IMHO
