Wow, what awesome customer service. I emailed them only a couple hours ago and I already got a reply! This is what it said:

Hi Adam,

I checked our database and see where you attempted the redemption form. I have entered your complete address in the system, so you should be good to go.

Thanks for buying the Deluxe edition of the Scott Weiland disc!

You are not crazy.  I ninja-edited that post.  You were fast if you saw it, because I corrected it not 5 minutes after I posted that.  Basically I couldnt find the redemption slip, but it was jammed deep in the pocket and didnt come out with the liner notes, so I had no idea it was there.

My dumb mistake.  I found it and registered my order :)

I just sent my request for the free shirt and was VERY happy to see that they don't even make us pay for shipping! How cool is that? I thought they'd make us pay for sure but I was wrong! :)

I'd also like to say that I had chills for about a minute when I grabbed my copy and stared at it in disbelief......I also took all of the extra copies and put them in front of all the other cds in that section so when people go there all they see is his album, bahaha!

I filled out the form online and still have not received a e-mail confirmation, sooo did anybody else have this problem.

Mine confirmation went directly into my spam box...but all it says is it is going to take 4-6 weeks...not like the softdrive shirt that was practically hand delivered to your door as you signed up

So I got my 2 cd's today - opened them both up to order the t-shirts (one for me, and one for Shangri ;))

AND THERE IS ONLY ONE T-SHIRT CODE.

There's no slip in the other CD.   >:(  >:(  >:(  >:(
