Does anyone know anything about this track other than the fact that it's listed on the iTunes version of the album? Is it going to be a "album only" situationa again? I pre-ordered my copy on BestBuy.com and it's obviously not included on there.

I have only heard the 30 second sample on itunes. I really don't want to purchase the album again for an album only song. Geez, I hate when they pull these shenanigans. I guess it seems to have a "Man I Didn't Know" feel to it, is that right?

Oh my gosh..... I know it's too late is absolutely an awesome song.... It's definately my favorite off of the new cd... Does anyone else like this song? Scott's voice is amazing on it.. sorta reminiscent of older Weiland music... as in his voice is deeper on this track... anyway let me know what you guys think of the track.... peace

I hope he sings like he does on "I Know It's Too Late" on the next STP album.  He's got to freshen it up and use that Purple voice more on the next record.  I wish this song was on the main record.

"I Know It's Too Late" is a pretty rockin' song. Digging the voice, though I have to say it's nowhere near Purple era Weiland-voice, but it's still a refreshing listen. Glad someone uploaded it here, as there's no way I would have bought the album again for one song.

I Know It's Too Late should have made the album.... no doubt... that's twice that albums Scott has been attached to have kept my favorite track off of the standard issue of those albums and released them as imports or itunes exclusives... gas & a $ laugh was my favorite tune from Libertad, and IKITL is my fave from Happy... and neither one is on the standard issue of either album.... does doing this really help sales? most people will just download them I would think... If you pay for the record, why re-pay for something that should have been included in the first place? Both of those songs were just as good if not better than other tracks that were included IMO. Anyway, what do you guys think of the new tunes? Mainly the ones that were available on the deluxe edition, since we've been talking about the standard release for awhile now. I'm still pissed that "Happy" is nowhere to be seen. Maybe we'll see it on an import or something. Happy listening guys. Talk atcha soon. Peace

I'm still bewildered "I Know It's Too Late" didn't make the album.  It's tied with "The Man I Didn't Know" for my favorite song.  I really like the second disc, a lot of the material is Shangri LA DEE DAish which is great.
