The VC got into LA a couple hours ago, and went to go check out the LA Live area where Club Nokia is...

Billy Boy On Poison is opening for them both shows. They opened for them both STP shows I saw out here in Vegas in June. I liked them. Enough to spend $5 on their cd they were selling. And enough to be happy to hear they are openig out here on Friday. I think they are pretty good for a teen band. I hope to hear some new songs from them. But also want to har the songs I know.

If you had read the previous posts rather than trying to get your 50 then you would know who the opening band is.
Anyways I checked Billy Boy out on MySpace and I can't wait to see them tomorrow.

Yayyyyyyyy... I really hope the boys have rested and put on a tremendous show this evening to Cap off this reunion year... See you all there.. prolly will end up getting in line before doors open, but I really dont want to be standing on the floor for hours before they even go on..

I really have no clue, I wanna say by 8, but it all depends where we end up eating, etc... Listening to some live shows to prepare myself right now.. I saw em at Houdini, Bowl, and second night in Vegas.... Hopefully this show is like those three combined and we all just explode from too much Rock.

I'm gonna go to Universal at 3:30 to meet up with a friend and we're taking the Metro from there
I don't know exactly what time we'll be there but I hope we just get good spots

Don't be surprised if they don't come on till after midnight. That's what time VR came on when I was at the Starland NYE show back in 2006.

Yea but last year at Hammerstein they came on around 11-ish and stopped the show at midnight, did the whole "HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" dropped balloons etc....then continued.

We just got "unlucky" at Starland that year with the 5 hours of waiting around  :P Can you believe that was 05/06???  :o It was a fun night though!

From Club Nokia's FAQ page:

10. Can I bring a camera?
The Club Nokia Standard Camera Policy allows you to bring a non-professional camera only. No recording devices of any kind are permitted. A professional camera is defined as a camera that has a lens that is able to be removed.
