I wonder how many JA/VR fellows were in the house?

I'm a STP/JA freak.
I would have been freaking.

And muthafucker spent 2 years with Camp Freddy, with Dave Navarro and just felt like busting out Mountain song now?  :P Sheeesh!
I hope someone youtubed it!

Happy birthday.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hmdptcdx5iU

A little early for my B'day but thank you...

The band sounded better than I expected!! And since Scott can't remember STP lyrics half the time I wouldn't expect him to remember Janes lyrics!! LOL But he did sound AWESOME!
If you don't like STP, then you're pretty much not American (from a MO message board)

This wasn't a very good performance of this song. The band sounded quite off and I think it through Scott off a bit too.

Was the only part of the show which was a little bit, eh. I think it was mostly because I think they had only played it live one other time...

Still, I'd love to hear it, since that was definitely one of my favorite VR songs.  Whenever I play guitar to music I usually hit that one at some point.  Its a fun song to play.

We are talking about DoIt For the Kids???????  Someone pinch me because Scott hasn't sang that since April 1st ,2008 at VelvetRevolver's last concert. I still find it hard to believe. I'd like to see the setlist paper or a youtube clip.

Wasn't a huge fan of the Do It For the Kids rendition either.  VR blasted this song and the solo performance was sorta toned down.  Grean was on keyboards.  It wasn't my favorite song of the night by a long way.  I was excited at first, but then it just didn't translate well.

Perfectly stated. The music was off, and it seemed to throw Scott off as well.

I ain't complaining though, cause this was one of the more energetic performances I have seen from Mr. Weiland in years and I had a great time.

No, no AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH from Scott. Douglas was sitting at the keyboard & said the begining words.

And although it was not as.... ummm... energetic as it has been in the past, I will gladly take that version with SCOTT on the mic then whoever the VR boys get to sing it.
