when you say "remake" ... im guessing he will re-do something of his own?  if that's the case, id be really curious to hear it.

but if it's just another damn cover, then i wont bother... i am truly sick of covers.  if i want to hear non-originality and covers, then i will go to a Camp Freddy concert

Scott re-launched his record label Softdrive Records in August, after signing a distribution deal with Sony/Red. The first release on the Softdrive label will be The Actual's album. In December, Scott has a song called 'Beautiful Day' running during the end credits of William Friedkin's movie 'Bug' featuring Ashley Judd. The song is a new version of an STP-outtake with the title 'Learning To Drive' that leaked to the internet a couple of years before.


Hopefully the song will be on the soundtrack and not just in the movie.

interesting.  i love the STP version, so hopefully, it's even better.

the first time i heard 'Learning To Drive' i thought to myself, "this is way too artsy for STP, it sounds like Scott would do" ... i still like STP's version, so im curious to see what Scott's gonna do with it
