"Killing me Sweetly" is "Son" part II.  The "go to sleep" in KMS is identical to the "go to sleep" line is "Son."  I like Killing Me Sweetly better though.  Feels more fleshed out.

listening to "Be Not Afraid" right now - loving it :)  

Overall, I'm loving this album.  As with the past several SW releases, I wish the vocals were mixed higher on some of the songs.

I'd like this song more if Son didn't exist.  He literally takes parts from Son and puts them into this song.  Like "GOOO TO SLEEEEEEEP...."

Looooove this song.  I burned this onto a CD at work, and listned to it in the car on the way home.  You can imagine my surprise when I heard pieces of "Son" being used!  I had to go back and rewind to listen again the first time!  Beautiful.

Way back when I heard the 30 sec clip I knew this one was going to be something special, a standout track and it didn't dissapoint. This is my FAVOURITE song on the record. Beautiful vocal melodies from Scott, possibly the best post STP vocals i've heard from him. The song sounds a lot like SLDD era Pilots to me (Which is a good thing, great album) and definately gives me more faith in a future album from STP being great. I've got to admit the first time I heard the 'Now go to sleep' part it completely threw me and even after a couple of listens I still sort of expect him to say 'you little, child of mine' after it! I'm hoping that will wear off as I become more used to this song. On a final note, aren't the strings a nice touch?

Definitely, the strings are always beautiful, they give like an extra power to the songs.
