That's cool. I'm a drummer and guitarest myself. I really enjoy playing. It's awesome that you can sing, I tried it once, but I guess I'm just not confedent in that musical area yet.

Also does any 1 know the chords to it?

but to answer your question, you can either unzip the file you have, which would be the obvious choice. or download it from the forum thread in the downloads section.
