You guys summed this show up pretty well. I was about 6 rows away from Scott in the center of the stage! Again, I was a little disappointed in the setlist, since it was essentially the same as the Milwaukee show I attended. Nevertheless, they sounded fantastic. Seems that there's been a lot of hostility from fans towards Scott's voice on "Big Bang Baby," but I thought that this was one of the better performances of the tour so far...

Can someone please explain why people were chanting for Axel at the show? Does this have something to do with Scott's ex-band Velvet Revolver?

^^ I'm rather suprised you didnt hear these people.. You were probably on the otherside of these morons...

I think it did have something to do with VR because one of the guys from this group was wearing a VR shirt... They were cheering for Duff Mckagan as well.. As if they had no clue who the bass player of STP was... It was irritating..

And I too wondered why there is all this hype about BBB... I thought it was actually really good..

Seriously why go to a show that you paid a ticket to just so you can disrespect a band. That has never made sense to me. What morons!

I suspect a lot of people like that are brought along in large groups where maybe 1 person is a fan of the band in question, and the rest are just there to be there. It's not unlikely many of them didn't even have to pay for their tickets. I say this because BITD I would often times be invited with large groups of my friends to see shows where I could give a fuck about who was playing. I went because tickets were given to me, and I had fun getting inebriated and being rowdy.
