Hollywoood bitch!  I might go to the SD show too, pretty big venue they're playing there, but it is their hometown.

Velvet Revolver Shows: 7/22/06, 9/15/07
Scott Weiland Shows: 12/14/08, 12/8/11

Pumped about the Charlotte show. Still holding out hope for a show on Friday or Saturday night at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. That would give me the opportunity to see them twice.

Dude, make the trek to Alpharetta the following Saturday 8/23!!

True, true. But I'd prefer the small venue of HOB in Myrtle Beach.

As would I, but if I get STP on Sunday in Charlotte and the following Sat on the northside of ATL, I am not bitching.  BTW, don't know the size of the place in Alpharetta, do you?  I have only been to Lakewood which might as well be in Alabama once you fight Atlanta traffic.  I was heading to Baltimore for the festival, but now I won't need to do that.  I'm pretty happy and my wife started screaming like a teenager when I told her.  Best of both worlds for my old ass.

LOL....

Not sure the size of the place in Alpharetta. Never been there. But I would assume it is standard, amphitheatre size. All the ones I have ever been to (Charlotte, Raleigh, Tampa, Richmond, Cleveland, etc) have always been similar in size.

I would assume the same thing but since they have Lakewood I didn't know if this joint might be a little different.  It is pretty far north of the city, a chance it might be a little smaller.  I may do a little snooping around.

Cuatro, are we going to hit at least one TX show together?  There is nothing in Austin on either list, but I dont mind going to the Woodlands or to Corpus Christi

According to the official site, Vegas only has one night (in a small venue at that) and the June 14th show is actually in Reno.

Yeah, I saw that. Whoops.

Yeah, it's worth a shot, anyway.
I'm thinking of the Mohegan Sun date (Uncasville, CT), and Ticketmaster says that they're on sale this Friday the 11th....
So when the hell are they thinking of pre-selling??

My guess would be Wednesday. I know that's tomorrow, but usually a pre-sale happens a few days prior.

I can't believe there are no Ottawa or Montreal dates.  There are some holes in the schedule though, so I'll hold out hope.

Pre sales?

Any info on Pre sales? Behtlehem goes on sale Monday. Haven't heard any word on pre sales that were advertised on the fan club.

Yeah, I'm going to Mohegan Sun, and the pre-sale is starting Thursday morning. I just joined the fan club on the official STP website (paid the $45), and I'm wondering how Ticketmaster will know I'm a member?

It says on Ticketmaster that I can purchase the fan club (add $45) to my ticket order, but that's no good, I've already paid.
And how will I be notified about VIP packages? There must be some confirmation codes or something.

Anybody have any experience with this sort of thing?

I live southeast of Houston, so if they come to The Woodlands, I'm absolutely going to be there.  My concern at this point is that the official stonetemplepilots.com website doesn't list a concert in The Woodlands, and some of the dates conflict with what is posted on belowempty.com.  I certainly hope that there will be more shows in Texas than just Dallas and Corpus Christi.  I guess I'll wait and see.  But I'd rather buy a ticket to one (or both) of those shows than hold out for something in the Houston area and end up getting stuck with nothing.
