I'm having trouble getting the third link to load properly, but in the second one, I think I can make out, "all we want is a little bit of freedom" in one part.
They sell their words but it\'s all a lie . . .

Shit!  Just found out that two of the shows I wanted to take my sons to is 21 & over.  (Hammond & Elizabeth)  This sucks ass because they are also huge fans.  Now I gotta figure out if I can get us to Bloomington.  Shit, shit, shit!
Know what I\'m thinking?  No?  Neither do I!  ;Þ

My heart is broken.  Tickets for the Jones Beach show are only 10 DOLLARS and it doesn't look like I can go :(
I know I want what\'s on my mind.

It's a special this tuesday (today) on ticketmaster.
Some other local shows are $10 today too.
If you don't like STP, then you're pretty much not American (from a MO message board)

...and I'm still not over that shaved head thing.  My poor little Scottie.  :(  He looks like a cancer patient.  A BEAUTIFUL cancer patient.  But a cancer patient, nonetheless.
How could they not notice it?! Because it's a little mint.  It's a Junior Mint!

He should grow his hair back like it was in '96/'97 during the Tiny Music days. That was awesome.

The curls?  Ah!  I loved that.

Honestly, he can do whatever he wants to his head.  Just so long as:
1. He isn't bald
2. He doesn't do that weird blond and pink thing like he had when they kicked off the reunion tour.

I completely see where people are coming from. The issue with Weiland, the setlists, the possible hour long wait...

Personally? I'd see them again... One reason is cause STP is my favorite band. Second reason is cause I don't want the PNC show to be my last STP concert. And third because who knows how many more shows STP will ever have? They could break up tomorrow for all we know.

I'm trying to finagle a trip to Nashville right now.  :P

STP at the Grand Ole Opry?  Come on.  Mindless.  Of course I want to be there!

I would say its definitely worth it to go see stp again.

1. obviously you're a huge fan otherwise you wouldn't be here.
2. I don't care what anyone says -- they still kick ass and are more than worth the price of admission
3. Who knows how much longer they'll be together (again)
4. ...and I may sound like an old fogey here, but going to see STP reminds me of my teenage years.  For 3 hours, I'm not thinking of remodeling my basement or playing baseball and trains with my kid.  I'm just in an audience, living up the moment and remembering all the great times I've traveled to see the band; screaming my head off like a little schoolkid because Weiland just looked at me! (in a manly way, of course)
5. They are, after all, fuckin' STP!
Keep a dime for the truth you might tell.
