Look I just want to go out sometime you know.  Like normal people, spend time together and enjoy each other's company. Like best friends.  Like lovers that care.  Who actually respect the relationship you know?"

Im guessing I have been to nearly 1000 gigs in 25 years, That includes 3 STP shows, We live in the UK and when we saw them play Nottingham Rock City on th last UK tour we just had to see them again so threw a sicky and drove up to Glasgow to see them the next night. Flew to Columbus for the first reunion show, If we lived in the States We would be going to a whole bunch of shows for sure ! Might be same (ish) set each nite but different venues, different crowd reactions, etc makes no 2 gigs the same (I seem Motorhead 180 times now ! )

I agree with you.  I don't really mind if the setlist doesn't change.  I go for the experience.

It's a TON of fun!  Plus I wear a flight suit to work so I don't get to wear my leopard platforms all that often.  :P  It's good to dress up!

I went to the Hollywood Bowl show and plan to see them again in Charlotte. Perhaps if you can go with someone new who hadn't been to the first show, you'll at least have the thrill of someone else to share that moment with.

It might seem lame at face, but I'm actually very much looking forward to seeing them the second time around because I think the band will really impress the people I'm taking and I like to pass that experience along.

Besides all this, and not trying to be pessimistic in the least, but you never know how long these guys will (1) be around, and (2) be willing to play with each other. I think this tour is a blessing and should really be embraced.

No, they will not.

Typically that is not a good thing for bands to do, because links for bootlegged versions of new songs appear on the internet prior to an albums release.  That translates to watered down albums sales.

We wont hear any new STP material on this tour.

Those are some wonderful pics, and you did a great job with the vid clip of them.  The clarity of the screen in the back really adds to the photos.  Thanks for sharing.

What has Scott been saying at the end of Sex Type Thing in recent concerts
« Reply #599 on: July 29, 2008, 04:58:41 AM »
I have been trying to figure this one out for a while now. I think he is saying something to the effect of "all we want is just a little bit of freedom" and "we want, we want freedom" but I can't make out anything else that he is saying...anyone got any ideas? Here are some videos that I have been watching to try and figure it out:
