I remember reading somewhere that Scott had a brother named Robert who passed away by an overdose a few years ago. I was looking for some information in google but couldn't find anything. Can you shed some light please?

I believe he died sometime during the recording of Libertad and is the influence of the song Brother.

it wasn't Robert Weiland, it was Michael Weiland.

Yep, it was Michael Weiland, not Robert. The song 'Son' on 12BB was also influenced by the birth of Michael's son.

It's sad about Michael really isn't it? I didn't know that he had a brother until a few weeks ago when I read it somewhere.

Just wondering, does anyone know Michael's kids names? I thought that he had two little girls to, but I could be wrong.

I was jus wondering if anyone could post a picture of him? I kno during  VR tribute gig to him during wish you were here they played video footage of him. Would like to see if he looked anythin like Scott?

Go directly into youtube, do a search for VR Michael Weiland tribute and it'll come up.  Only way I could get it to work.

Yup, it's very hard to find a pic of Michael and I have yet to find a confirmed one.  I'm wondering if he's one of the guys in Scott-Mary's wedding photo.
