Michael is Scott's step-brother (or half-brother..I'm not sure which) I have no idea how it works out with family relations.
That R.i.P Michael Weiland video is haunting. Its so well done. I really like the song too.
Yes it is! I figured they had to have some common blood. I think Michael sounded like Scott when he goes into higher notes. I also think he resembles him just a tad. Like I said in another post...I'm not outwardly emotional but that song/video almost got me teary. The words...ugh...you can feel his pain.

Sad sad sad.
Yep, it was Michael Weiland, not Robert. The song 'Son' on 12BB was also influenced by the birth of Michael's son.
