Those.  Pants.  Are.  My.  Favorite.
Ever notice how awesome his buldge looks in those pants?  I admit I've watched that video in slow motion several times.

I too have been in search of the green pants.  Keep stalking the Goodwill.  They always have the best stuff.  Until then, we can only dream...and watch Big Bang Baby in slow motion.  ^_^

If I ever capture Weiland and get to have him to myself for a bit, the first thing he's doing is putting on those pants.  And taking off his shirt.  And...
And...I get to watch.

I'm assuming the Big Bang Baby video was meant to be a joke about its low budget look what with the $1 dollar bills being thrown around. Is it just me or does Dean look kind of scary when they do the brady bunch like scene and they're all looking at each other form their boxes?

I don't know what it is but both DeLeo's look a little scary sometimes.  Robert in the Sour Girl video comes to mind.

Robert's style doesnt change too much through STP's looks. He keeps the whole 1950s retro look. But I think Dean looks scarier then him most of the time.

It seems to me that it's Dean's mouth that gets me at times and it's Robert's eyes.

Dean's my fave to watch in the Brady Bunch boxes. He never fails to crack me up.

Scott's early clothing style ...
« Reply #25 on: February 26, 2009, 08:42:10 PM »
I was wondering if anyone could help me out . I really like Scott's early dress sense (Core , Purple era) , for example the black jumper he wore on the Unplugged performance or the 7-UP dickies shirt , which i noticed someone on here had .

Anyone have any idea of where to get any of this 'style' of clothing or any brands he may have worn way back then ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Marc - I can't help you with where to find that sort of thing - BUT if this helps:

VegasCrackerman is the one with the 7-up jacket.   :)

He (and several of us here!) were looking online for WEEKS searching for that jacket.  Our efforts proved to be fruitless - if I'm not mistaken, what he ended up doing was sewing a 7-up patch that he found onlne to a green jacket that he found, which was similar to the one Scotty had.

Maybe that helps with what NOT to look for?  Sorry!

^^^^what she said!

We spent many hours on the net trying to find that damn 7up jacket...I ended up using a Polo windbreaker and put the patches on it.  Not an exact match, but close enough!

His style was kind of thrift store chic back then...maybe try someplace like that for the basic pieces?
