Brad whatever (The older brother on Everybody Loves Raymond) would be perfect for Rob, I always thought they looked alike.

Guy Pearce, from the movie Memento, works as Weiland.  I had a thread like this months ago haha.  Vince Vaughn as Robert DeLeo.  David Spade as Eric Kretz.  Not too sure about Dean.
