Sklashboombash: Jeff was so good. I have an iPhone7, so the Meatplow video I shot does not do him or the band justice. He really was spot on in voice and approach. I felt like I was watching STP; only a few times did it jar me that Scott is obviously gone. I would go see them in a heartbeat and can’t wait for our kid to be a little older to take her to a show. They are so good. This is STP.
I've seen them a couple times with Jeff. I agree, he sounds great. I saw them many times with Scott as well, so admittedly, the first time I caught them with Jeff, it brought back a lot of memories and it felt a bit bittersweet. He's doing a fine job, no question.
I was just commenting on this video. If you're far enough, it looks like Scott. He still has some Scott mannerisms that I wish he'd shed. I can't really put my finger on it specifically, but it's in the stance, it's in the swaying, it's his hand gestures sometimes.
