Despite having the same artwork as Butterfly, it is actually a compilation of live tracks from the 2018 tour.

This would be really really cool if it were to have Glide, Too Cool Queenie, Regeneration, etc from the earlier shows on it, but it won't, so I won't be buying.

This looks great. My advice, if you can't get to a store, don't panic and pay a lot on Ebay like so many people seem to do on RSD.

5000 copies is a buttload, there are more limited RSD albums by bigger acts that you can still get for normal shop prices on Ebay from RSD years gone by. There will be a lot of copies of this on Ebay, they will probably be really expensive as people bid them up to stupid prices in the weeks following RSD, and they will almost certainly drop steeply in price in the months following the event.

Great market observation here.  This has been my experience as well...... good advice!

Pretty interesting selection, not sure it's what I would've picked if I were them but I trust the cuts are good quality.

I'm still in for this of course, but the track listing is disappointing. I've got almost all of these cuts in some form or another sung live by Weiland.
Honestly, the band should've released STP II as a complete live album of STP II material. Get more people into Gutt's new stuff a bit.  But I chaulk it up to another dismal marketing error from this band in an inexplicably long list of marketing errors concerning their releases over the years.

Yeah, that's a bit disappointing. Limited RSD releases are aimed at hardcore fans not casual, so why would they put a greatest hits on with just 2 singles from the new LP?

Shaking head right now.

It's the first ever official STP live album though (can you fucking believe that?!), so I will probably still get it.

The British band Thunder put out a limited, hand signed, full studio live recording with no overdubs (with extra non album tracks) of their new album on vinyl. Now that's how you do it.

And the artwork, while it looks good doesn't make sense since Butterfly is barely represented.
