The album is indeed awesome. There's a lot of life and creativity in it.

Yes creativity and the only track that I get a real feel for that is a major standout is ironically  good shoes

Damn....im very dissappointed. Ha smh. I was expecting some straight up heavy rock riffs. It sounds like a bunch of talk show b sides. Maybe the full songs might change my mind but the clips didnt make me excited. Blah

Middle of Nowhere – I got a 007 vibe on this one.

Six Eight – I’m hearing Alice in Chains here.

Finest Hour – I’m guessing this is going to be my favorite from the album.

Good Shoes – We all guessed this was going to be a dud. It doesn’t sound bad at all.

Reds & Blues – Awesome. Sounds like a great album closer.

Let’s not forget there are two bonus Best Buy tracks. I’d love to get samples of those. I am for sure grabbing that edition.

Am I the only one that hears a bit of the intro from Sucker Train Blues on Middle of Nowhere?

Middle of Nowhere Has been described as sucker train blues little brother. I am not sold by the samples but I rarely ever am first I need to here the better quality and second almost no sample here gives the full essence of the song except for the last two tracks. I am sure once we hear the whole tracks we will be more impressed. Be that as it may the tracks seem to flow well I'm sure the band made sure of it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I happen to like what I've heard so far from the samples. Will be going to Best Buy (first time in 4 years) to get that edition for the 2 bonus tracks (as I'm sure many will do). Gotta love the setlists they've been playing. Changing it up every night. That's great to hear.

There's a lot to like in these samples although I can't say I'm 100% sold on all of them.


Got an email from Live Nation saying CD dispatch has been delayed by 1-4 weeks. Hopefully, my Best Buy eBay order is a bit quicker. In the meantime, I'll be up very early on Friday to listen to the Amazon Unlimited stream. I will not be denied!
