And no, it has NOT leaked.

I thought for sure after the signing it would have found its way online from someone that bought it and had it signed but I haven't seen anything yet... Maybe later tonight or tomorrow.
Take it.

Exclusive... Chorus to ‘Finest Hour’, please don’t ask me to reveal my sauces, I’ve already said waaay too much -

“They say the best always come from the worst nights baby, but
Oh, it was crazy
And, oh, it was amazing
We blew all our money
And crashed in your Mercedes
Yeah, we both got numbers
But didn't get the names
And my whole damn party lost power
It was, it was, it was our finest hour”

I’m right aren’t I Vaporized?

I can't remember 100% if vaporized leaked this info, but I'm pretty sure it was him. Back in 2009 the band was opening their set with silvergun superman every show. Randomly he posted one day that the band was going to open with Meatplow, and they did. I guess since I can't remember 100% this really adds nothing.

Middle of Nowhere: Dean's guitar solo starts about 2:08 and ends about 2:19 or 2:20.

Guilty: Jeff's singing comes in 10 seconds into the start of the song. Chorus about 38 seconds into it.

Just A Little Lie: Jeff's singing starts about 13 seconds in. He sings the phrase 'Just a little lie' at 35 seconds. The chorus at about 1:09.

Six Eight: Singing starts at 12 seconds in. A Dean solo at 2:30 into it.

Thought She'd Be Mine: Opens with an acoustic. A Dean solo starts about 3:16.

Never Enough: Dean solo starts at 2:25 and goes until about 2:40.

Finest Hour: Jeff starts singing at about 10 seconds in. Dean solo at 2:49.

Good Shoes: Jeff starts singing at 11 seconds in. "I'm going down, down down" at 1:50.

Reds & Blues: Opens with an acoustic only. Dean solo at 3:31.
Take it.

What word is being sung at each of the following times in the following songs?

Middle of Nowhere - 2:34 - mumbling - can't decipher the words here

Guilty - 0:58 "I'm guilty in my waaays"

Just a Little Lie - 1:01 "Hope it comes out right."

Finest Hour - 2:57 In the middle of a Dean solo.

Good Shoes - 0:19 No singing at this exact moment but at about 19 seconds, I believe he sings "What's your position."

Reds & Blues - 1:46 He's singing a drawn out "everrrrrrr"
Take it.

If this turns out to be correct, I will concede that you had the album early.

If hes correct then he does have a close female friend who works in the music biz. However it doesnt make him close to the band like he wants us to believe.  Case closed.

Or that he got access to the info today...along with a few hundred others...

Or that he works at Target and swiped one of the CDs from the shipment today...

I didn't say I would concede that he has a connection to the band, only that he had the album early.

Is this the same guy who’s female friend blew Kretzal in ‘96 on the ill fated ‘Tiny Music’ tour and they’ve stayed in touch since? Or was that someone else?

Anyway, I believe the guy about having the album in some form.

It was sent to me from Rhino on the 6th. I don’t work retail. I don’t know a writer.

Said female friend didn’t blow anyone. That story is new to me. I must have missed that one since I don’t read every post.
Take it.

The album has been available for early sale at each appearance so far. Which an option to have it signed.

I can confirm that it's neither Gutt or Borja.

Vaporized, only one question from me. Can you explain how you missed on this one huge detail if you are close to the band?

Let's just say it's not the end of the world to possibly spread some fake news. You don't know what direction I may have been given. Or, maybe I did it all on my own. Or, maybe I was given some fake news because people know I post here.

It worked I guess. Brett ran with it and it got some of the heat off STP for a bit since everyone had assumed it was Gutt... That is until a story broke about other potential singers... Brett failed to fact check and ran with it. That's really schlocky but it's his hunger to be the guy to break the big story.

Those names in that story weren't made up. They all did try out in some form but it was quite a while ago... Possibly even before the public singer search officially launched.
Take it.
