It appears that the official release of "Only Dying" is the 1990 demo that many of us already have. But it probably is in a better quality. But still, the re-recorded version, if any work was done on it in '93-'94, will never see the light of day. But we already knew that Scott's death would ensure that it never happened.
It's also interesting that we'll see the release of the Castaic Lake show, and the full Reading performance as well. I look forward to this release, and that it should definitely help stop the gap until STP ends up fully regrouping.
Of course, I wish more than ever that this release was done 5 years prior, and that Scott had been fit enough to do an anniversary tour.
