Who is Taylor Leger?

That's weird, it doesn't show up when I'm logged into Instagram. I can't imagine they blocked me, considering I've literally never had any contact with that Instagram account.

They were using that same handle when Chester was in the band, but they appear to have deleted all their content and unfollowed everyone (and apparently somehow blocked random followers).

Could be. Kinda random though. Maybe they're gearing up for some big announcement? Wasn't their twitter hacked a while ago?

I've been blocked. I wouldn't have noticed - I have a small acoclunt with mostly pics of my kids and pup - but I put my account info into InsTrack, which I use to manage a nail polish account (you don't want to know) where I have a large follower list. Anyway, I logged into my small account just for shits and giggles to see if anyone had me blocked. One person did. @stpband.

Oh yeah fond memories, days before Scotts passing they were deleting anyone and blocking people who talked about how good Scott was... almost forgot about that.

Again, I was following the band on Instagram throughout the Chester era, and I never made any contact with the band's Instagram account.

It would seem, then, that they banned random followers for no reason. I don't know if this was intentional, accidental, or the result of a hack.

I seem to even remember following them through Scott's passing

Their Instagram was hacked for quite a while.  The guy that did it was blatant, put pictures of himself on there,followed all his friends,blocked a bunch of people etc.  I emailed STP's management when I saw it and they got control back very quickly.

Yeah, I remember their other social media accounts getting hacked. I guess they just never bothered to unblock or refollow anyone on their Instagram.
