"Sex Type Thing" is a really huge song, no questions, but there's one thing that a bit spoils my pleasure of listening to it.
The evident similarity of "STT" riff to Danzig - "Snakes of Christ" riff (and Dean DeLeo admitted the influence of "In The Light" Led Zeppelin).
For excuse - this riff in general is very popular: I think roots of this riiff go back in 1960s, to Pink Floyd's "Lucifer Sam". So Danzig ripped off that riff too
And, by the way, Metallica in 1996 took this riff too, in the song "Thorn Within".
(but made it more complicated and interesting)
