Here's one more name drop, i was with your buddies from INXS in 2004 when the whole Rockstar INXS thing went down, i knew when JD walked through the door he had the gig. Paul, you seem like a nice guy. When you show humility like this, it's a much better look for you. I do respect that you're a musician, because I am one too (a composer, not a performer). I know what it's like putting tons of work into my music for little reward, but I do it, because I can't NOT do it. And honestly, it is cool that you've worked with the people you mention. But when you use those name drops to make yourself look important in the middle of an argument, it loses its coolness. In that moment, we don't see all the work you've put into your music career and the accomplishments you've had; we just see arrogance. And I don't think that's who you are.

I'm sorry for being hard on you. I just have a knee-jerk reaction to attack arrogance when I see it. But again, I don't think you mean to come off that way.

I'm sure you are a nice guy but I mean, I love talkin' about life experiences too, but this is a STP forum.  You should stick to subjects pertaining to STP and their music which you seldom do AND when you do, it's out there like you never really listened to them until recently when Scott died.
 
I may not be a pro Singer, but I love to sing.  I 'guarantee' I can sing more songs off of STP & Scott's solo compared to you & have written many lyrics under their influence because I am in fact a long-time fan of their music.  You know why I say that cuz I have yet to see you do any of it or at least maybe I missed it.  All I see are me, me, me posts & strange videos that have nothing to do w/ STP.
 
So, in conclusion, once again, we have to remind you to put your ego aside and stick to subjects relevant to STP and their music and should you want us to listen to something outside of STP's music, put  it in the "What are you listening to" thread.  Peace n Love, man

Westenn - you are correct in the fact about me not posting a lot about STP, and for that i am sad because right now there really isn't much that i can post. As for my STP submission i did the vocals to Vasoline with my video footage. I also do a short little Accapella version of " Interstate Love Song", but i pronunciated it differently than Scott would. Glad to hear you sing, although i have been listening to them since 92 and saw them on Core tour i am not as avid as a follower as you probably are. So here is my submission video. It's about 4 mins long. Have a great day.
