It's seemingly easy to paint ex-wives and widows to be money-driven that I wonder how much of this claim is just customary to make sure that if there's any money she's entitled to that she gets it.


By the way, remember that whole $2M that Mary claimed Scott had? A little bird told me that was the amount that the Deleos/Kretz settled with Scott for the STP name...which in turn makes a lot of sense as to why they so adamantly want to continue using it.

I wonder why they haven't just come out and said they're going to keep using the name because they paid for the rights to it. Non-disclosure maybe? It seems like that reasoning would make some people less pissed off about them continuing on as STP.

Yeah there's been mention of a trust with undisclosed assets. Hopefully there's a decent chunk in there.

64k?  Isn't that what Scott was paying or not paying to Mary in alimony.  The irony.  That's funny.  She has to wait in line, there's the final filing of taxes, paying all debt he owes & I'm sure the lawyers will be paid first & back alimony, yada, yada, yada.......................

According to TMZ Mary was receiving $12,000 per month alimony and $7, 000.00 per month for child support . She has apparently filed asking to continue receiving these amounts from Scott's estate .
