The unfortunate thing is they seem hard to find, and a definitely a collectors item. I haven't been able to find a seller with them in stock.

Didn't Layne wear some bug-eyed lensed sunglasses too back during the 92-94 period? I swear Layne was sportin' 'em first, at least, I associate that look with him much more than Weiland.

EDIT: Here's the ones I was thinking of:

Those are great too. Any idea of that brand, make of those glasses? Are they different than in the Weiland photo?

The arms on Scott's (and Kurt's Christian Roth 6558s) are straight, the arms on the pair Layne is pictured with have a curve to them.

This pair of Polaroids looks pretty similair to Layne's, but the top of the arm is flat and only the bottom has that curve: http://www.theoldglassesshop.co.uk/polaroid-vintage-jackie-o-style-designer-ladies-sunglasses/

Yep! I'm looking also for them. Nobody have recognized the model yet.  :o
I think Scott's true fans must know it because he often used these glasses during "Core" era!
Can anyone help us?? Let's find out!

Found some similar sunglasses made by Pinton.   The Jackie O sunglasses for the more bug eyed ones.

For the one that is more square maybe was Pinton too.  These look similar.

Wow! We get close to truth. Looks really similar. Thank you very much. I'll compare them to photos and try to understand whether it is them or not.

UPD: very similar but not exactly that model. The light dots are differently located on the sides (on arms of glasses). But we are very close to find out finally!
