The one thing that stood out to me was Dean talking about the "tall" task someone has of stepping into the band. I mean that is great to hear him say, they obviously want the best out there... but the way I took it was someone needs to honestly have a good bit of experience in band settings, recording, and possibly some good road experience when they walk into the room.
I hope they find someone, but it almost sounds like even by their expectations, the background a person needs to have, needs to already be in the business similar to where they've been for 20+ years.
They would even get a little more attention out of the matter if they did go with someone who has already been played on the radio a little bit and might have a decent fan base out there.
