From what I've observed from the sidelines, Mary comes off as a gold diggin' bitch content to ride the coattails of a celebrity and through his life, thrust herself into the limelight. She also apparently has zero issues exploiting her children in the same way. I said that the day he hooked up with her originally, and her actions these days only reinforce that perception. He and Janina or whatever her name was should've never split.
Maybe Noah wanted the guitar himself, maybe he didn't, the bottom line is anytime there is a death that involves assets and a will, there is a very specific set of procedures that need to be followed. That's what I don't get about this whole thing with Mary saying, "But Scott wanted ME to be executor of the will!"
Either she is, or she isn't. It's as cut and dry as that. If Scott had wanted her to be executor, she would be. That's WHY the process and procedures are there-- to prevent this kind of grabby "it's mine" mentality that is not only extremely selfish and materialistic, it's also greatly disrespectful to the deceased.
You can't just show up at the estate holdings of a deceased and just start claiming things. The will has to be executed, and then things can be distributed in accordance with the wishes of the person who has passed.
