did STP and Chester finish an album worth of Music
« on: January 12, 2016, 10:58:07 PM »
In several interviews Chester kept hinting at mind blowing new music from STP and then the big let down when he quit. Does anyone know how much music they actually recorded?

I thought I remember seeing somewhere that they had most of their stuff completed except for a few parts and most if it wasn't mixed yet. We probably won't ever hear any of it unfortunately.

If I recall correctly, they recorded 7 or so tracks complete with vocals prior to the spring tour. I don't know what, if anything, they managed to record after that.

I imagine if they do a project, as STP or otherwise, we will hear the material eventually. Just without Chester.

I think whatever they have they should release it as a thank you to the fans as well as some unreleased weiland tracks while they regroup or move on to their next project

Problem is STP doesn't think like that :)
