My husband is been INSISTING Tommy was a cokehead - well before any of this news broke. I didn't see whatever he saw to make him think that. So sad.

Not surprised.  I have speculated that Tommy has been manipulating Scott for years and was likely the chief enabler.  I further suspect that Tommy was really behind the "divorce" from Doug (and that is absolutely not me speaking at all against the music the band created without Doug).

Looks like Nick Maybury was the only clean member of the Wildabouts (Nick has talked about not being a drinker/drug taker in an interview and mainly focusing on eating stuff from Whole Foods on the road).

Fuck... I mean we all knew he was on something, weather alcohol and bipolar meds or just alcohol or pain killers or whatever I guess none of that really matters now. But if Tommy doesn't get serious jail time or get charged with providing Scott with the drug. Then he's going to have a hard time in LA because I'm sure everybody would love to have a chat with him right now.

I think it's pretty messed up also that venues where they performed leaked stories of Tommy black asking every employee there for cocaine, telling them that Scott said he wouldn't perform until he got some. He's going around ruining Scott's reputation when the coke was really both of theirs. Sounds like a stand up guy.

I think Nick is a good guy based on what I've seen. I feel bad for him for being in this shitty position. Just speculation, but I feel like he's a guy just trying to make it in the industry and riding that first wave of success.
