I am wondering if Scott had complained to anyone that he wasn't feeling well before going to his room to lay down... Wasn't his body found around 9pm?? With all the talk of late night partying it seems he went to bed early that night and I suspect he may have been in some sort of pain/discomfort or feeling unwell. We may never know...

Duff's wife posted this on Instagram today. In her post (as you can see) she mentioned today was Scott's funeral.

Which is why I said, "It's possible his life could have been saved had someone been around and they had known CPR and just as importantly had a defibrillator on the bus," as opposed to the fact that no one was there and there likely was not a defibrillator and it had probably been several minutes since his heart stopped.

Only positive thing I can think of regarding this is at least Scott went out giving decent performances before he left this earth. Going through youtube, his shows in November sounded so much better and is moving around a decent amount compared to the first summer tour after Jeremy passed.

The one good thing about his passing, is that it cemented Scott's place In history as the rock legend that we all knew he was, and brought attention of his immense talent to the masses. So thankful that I can turn on my iPod and have at least 50 amazing songs of his to listen to. His music career was truly the gift that kept giving.

I just remembered that he said this at the show I went to. It was two days before his birthday, and after the crew brought out a cake, he said,

"Years. Years are just numbers. It's the experience. The experiences, the laughs, the tears that you've had along the way. That's what matters - family and friends."

I've had it in my facebook quotes ever since and I'm glad I kept it.

Still cannot believe it even though it's been a week. I still feel hurt and about to cry. His voice was around me so many years on so many situations. R.I.P. dear Scott u.u
