Scott's answers on the early years were great (I got a specific on "Only Dying" and when Dean actually joined the band, and on Robert joining the band, and the title of another unreleased Swing song), he had a really good memory of that. There's a story he told about an iconic band too that I'm shocked wasn't mentioned in his book.
His views on the STP guys I didn't necessarily agree with, though he did have some interesting points on the making of self-titled where I understood where he was coming from.
I didn't ask about drugs or drinking because to be honest, he's going to do what he's going to do or not do, and he's not going to tell someone like me about it, so it'd be a rhetorical question that would likely piss him off and lead to my other questions not getting answered. Scott did give some interesting details though on his bipolar disorder and how that has affected him.
Also we did have an exchange about Alternative Nation and Below Empty that was pretty hilarious that will open up the interview article.
