I'm not sure if there's many Ugly kid Joe fans on this board but personally I was a big fan of them during the 90's, despite them being labelled as one hit wonders, they had some really good songs. I was glad to hear they reformed a few years ago and I went to see them live on Tuesday night, it was an amazing gig and I picked up the new album entitled 'Uglier Than They Used Ta Be', I think it's out in the US next month.
It's everything I'd hoped for from a comeback album by UKJ, it has a nice mix of catchy rock songs like 'She's Already Gone' and 'Hell Ain't Hard To Find' (which are already available on Youtube) and some slower more serious songs such as the beautiful 'Nothing Ever Changes' and 'Enemy'. Whitfield Crane's voice is still amazing after all these years and the band are firing on all cylinders too.
