Vinyl doesnt have the song "Blue Eyes"

Just bought the vinyl and it doesn't have "blue Eyes" on the actual record and my record player keeps stopping on "white lightning". Crazy!

Whoever was the project manager on this needs firing. So there's tracks missing from both the Vinyl and CD. I don't care about Jean Genie, but I am very displeased this track is missing from the vinyl as it is the James Iha track.

So.. Blue Eyes is listed on the back of the CD case, but not the actual CD. I was very disappointed until I loaded the CD and there are 12 tracks. Someone fucked up, but it's on the CD so it should pop up in iTunes when people pop it in there.
It should be released as a single solely based on the fact that James Iha played it on and it would probably get a lot of airplay, but it's also a great song.

I don't wanna get all fussy about something given what just happened but why is poor management a common thread with this (STP) camp.
It's always something. How do you goof this up? There's a tracklisting from the mastering house that goes into duplication. End of story. Unless there have been multiple masters.
I know someone mentioned the sequence of songs was different on the advance copy.

Maybe someone sent in the wrong final master to get duplicated.

Yes its very bizarre, and also that it seemingly was never corrected. 

I just got the orange vinyl pressing and its still the case.  Wondering if any pressing have the full tracklist on the record?

I feel like the CD and vinyl had their labels switched around. Like Blue Eyes was missing on the CD version, while the vinyl listed it as being there.... Maybe I'm wrong though, I've only owned the vinyl version. I figure it's not on the actual disc because there wasn't enough space in the grooves. But still, big boo by management. That Lucas Keller guy is a putz.
