he sounded pretty rough, the band seemed to have a good time playing in the rain though. I agree that he was out of his element at this show, the headlining acts weren't really rock bands.

Looked like a fun show.  I think he sounded fine, but I did notice in vasoline he definitely got behind the music a few times.  Nothing too major though really.  The band sounds really good.

The AXS TV set is on YouTube, along with a lot of other sets from the Rock On The Range:

I forgot to mention yesterday I caught part of "Of Mice & Men"'s set when I was making sure I had that channel, and that shit was fucking PAINFUL. So I can imagine people who are into shit like that would think Scott sucks, especially if they only know him from that viral video from a few weeks ago.....

They also uploaded a lot of the other sets.

There are also comments bashing the size of joeys drum kit?

this reminded me of Tommy Lee's bass drum from 2008 (I think). The thing was huge, it was ridiculous.

Ha I saw several comments asking why joeys set is so small and "boring". Like I said, def not the brightest people commenting esp if they enjoy that mice of men shit.

Scott's voice is definitely a bit weak here, but he looks to be in pretty good shape health wise at least and he doesn't seem to be trying too hard to hit notes out of his range. Joey and Nick sound pretty tight, but hearing Tommy's bass on the SBD just shows how weak he is compared those two.
Grab the hate and drown it out...

Way she moves sounds very weak but vasoline and unglued are good. Everyone loves to hate Scott unfortunately. I will say that his moving in slow motion is concerning still.

This is heartbreaking to watch. At age 47, he looks like a sad and broken old man.

Broken is a good description.
He's especially missing that swagger he always showed. This guy is an icon but you'd never know it from his demeanor.

As it was mentioned in a previous thread, it seems that Scott lost "The Last Fight". :(

Geez - he sounds awful. Who the hell would leave a Wildabouts show satisfied after hearing that?? It was awful.

Given the weather conditions, didn't seem nearly as bad as I was expecting based upon the ROTR facebook comments.

For some reason Scott's deer in the headlights look and military salute while he walked off the stage cracked me up.

I thought he sounded great and this isn't about lowering any expectation.  Wished they would've played Modzilla rather than the way she moves.

Would be awesome if he had the mad man stage presence but he needs to nail the vocal since everyone has been so critical of it lately.  He's had a pretty toned down style as well the past few years.  Jeans&T Shirt.  Why isn't he dressing up.  The visual is off.  I thought it was so cool how he used to dance with the mic stand.
Just a thought.

I thought the band sounded especially tight.
