This has nothing to do with drinking the kool aid.  Weiland is right, for the first time, in this one instance.  Them subcontracting the Linkin Park frontman to cover STP tunes does not make them STP.  Simple as that.  Weiland doesn't hit the road calling himself STP, neither should they.  That simple.
