Actually he does a good impersonation BUT the accent and pronunciation of the lyrics is terrible...

And of course, the show looks for imitators and part of what the guy tells him is that he really lacks not only confidence BUT image. The bald guy tells him in the end that he is "not so far on the voice, but waay far on the look of Scott Weiland"
