its sad because the fact that STP being associated with grunge is what makes people talk shit for the whole them being PJ will never die to alot of ppl, pretty sumb

I was looking for lyrics and stumbled upon a (fan entry) Nirvana Song called "half the man I used to be" so there's about 10-15 comments below the lyrics with this guy arguing with people that know the song he posted is Creep that it's actually Kurt Cobain and that STP could never pull off a tune like that...

geez, live under a rock much?

thats pretty sad....
If you only knew..

Once in VR forum they made a HUGE riot because I "spoke" in Spanish, it was sooo ridiculous, I was just saying HI! to a friend who had registered :D

Nevermind and Ten are great albums but Core and Dirt have to be the best. i mean with dirt all on one album you haveThem bones,Damn that river,Rain when i die,Sickman,Rooster,Angry chair,Down in a hole and Would and those are just the hits....in my opinion Dirt is the best but a close second would be Core

I love the quality of albums you got from that era. I mean in like two years you had Nevermind, Ten, Dirt, and Core. That doesn't happen much anymore.

Here's my to five:

5: Superunknown
4: Dirt
3: Nevermind
2: Badmotorfinger
1: Ten

I wouldn't consider Core grunge, because they're not from Seattle and to me that's part of what that label meant.

True. I dont label STP grunge either.  Its just erks me when I see STP and grunge in teh same sentence, even with this album critcs described STP harder tunes as grunge >:(

How could he leave out Dirt or Badmotorfinger!!

Ditto.

Foo Fighters over AIC and Soundgarden?

That is grunge sacrilege.

exactly... that is just stupid.
