Very true, but he usually is able to get his thought on things out more clearly.  His sentences seem more fragmented than usual.

I always love when STP is on Howard Stern. He's a genuine fan and for him to label them as probably one of the top 5 bands ever is a huge compliment.

Very entertaining interview too. I didn't know Scott believed in aliens.

Thanks to Tyrant for recording this.  I was in my car 7 minutes before I had to punch-in to work.  Howard was talking about how "late" the show was running, and how
he still had to get STP in for their interview.  I couldn't wait around for the rest of the show.  It was almost 9 o'clock, and I had to get out of my car for another day of ambualnce fun.

Thanks for taking the time to record and edit this Tyrant.  I can't wait to hear it.

Thanks for the link, it was great.   I really enjoyed this interview.  Howard and Scott really interact well together.   I like how Scott can remain serious while Howard still jokes around.  I hadn't heard much from Scott lately as far as interviews so it was great to hear him, and I though Scott came off really likeable here. One thing I learned, and that I respect the band for, is that STP and Scott seem to be very respectful of women.  They don't try to sell a fake sweet guy image(like John Mayer) and they aren't out there trying to bang all kinds of girls.  I thought Scott came off so well talking about Mary, and how most of the girls he was with were more relationships than hookups, although I"m sure he had his fun too.

My 2 fav. parts real quick:

When Howard is asking them if they like groupies, and Robert says he is married for 10 years and just had a son a few weeks ago, then Howard goes "oohhh man, I'm so sorry" lol

Howard asking if the band thinks Scott should stop drinking, and one of them goes "sure!" lol and then another one saying they don't really mind, which was cool too.

Great great great! Tyrant you're The Best!

I laughed a LOT with this interview! Everything was going perfect until HD started! WTF!? some spoiler alert would've been appreciated. So if they said something interesting right after the song I missed it  :D

While this interview did make me laugh at some points on the whole it was very awkward to watch and I actually felt a little sorry for Scott at times. It seemed as though Stern was just ridiculing him throughout the whole thing and saying a few nice things in between to get away with it. He wouldn't let Scott finish a fucking sentence without jumping in which I found a little irritating... I'm not a regular listener of this show, perhaps the guests are aware he's going to give them a hard time?
Nothing matters again, I didn\'t think we\'d last that long

I listen to Stern every day and I can tell you that interrupting people is what he does best. He wasn't even "hard" on STP by Stern standards, he was quite nice.
