Anyone have any idea on a date or location of this show?

This was the opening song on his 12BB tour, and I still get flashbacks whenever I listen to it.  It was my very first taste of Weiland live - with or without STP.   :D

It looks like the  Float Rite Park show, I have the pro shot of this show but the audio is crap about halfway into it.
