Non-musical requirements to being the next STP frontman

We all know the prowess Scott had.  It is not easy to replicate, let alone surpass what Scott had done musically.  He's a great collaborative writer and showman, and that alone set the bar too high for his successor. (Even Chester's feet were too small for Scott's shoes.)

But besides the musical giftedness he had, what are the other "requirements" you think STP needs as a frontman?

Do you think THESE FACTORS matter:

1.  AGE
2.  LOOKS
3.  STAGE ANTICS
4.  NATIONALITY
5.  IMAGE
6.  CAN PLAY A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT
7.  MANAGEMENT (I understand some of the people who submitted may have their own management.)

4 should not matter as long as the pronounciation of the english language is correct together with a good comprehension of it, quite essential for singing and writing lyrics, I would say..
