Live tracks on cd singles

I see there have been some live tracks released on various cd singles,
Where is the Sour Girl live version from and has there ever been
an official live Trippin’ on any cd single? Any info is appreciated

The official release of Sour Girl as a live performance was pressed on the Sour Girl single and was taken from a radio show played on April 19, 2000 at 91X Radio in San Diego, CA.

A live Trippin' On A Hole In A Paper Heart appears on the Hollywood Bitch CD single and was taken from the Rolling Rock performance on August 4, 2001 in Latrobe, PA.
