yeah Scott loves talking about Mary in his songs..

I was listening to "Song For Sleeping" and I think that it is sooo beautiful how it was written for Noah.

he has introduced vasoline as "feeling like an insect under a magnifying glass......
alot of the lyrics sound like fighting superficial things theres also alot of sex references but scott tends to give things triple meaning as long as it relates......for "Paralysis" alot of people think or thought he said "every place that i go is the ghost of you" which really sounds like it but its actually "every piss and a girl is the ghost of you" kinda weird to interpret but its actually the same thing if you really think about it  ;)

I've heard that 'Plush' is about the police search dogs finding the body of the dead girl and 'Vasoline' is a "f**k you" to music critics.

The cool thing though is that the lyrics are so ambiguous that it can be anything you want it to be.  I relate to a lot of the songs that way..not how they were meant =)

it was a friend from back home and he brought him along the tour to hang out and meet everyone and i guess while the show was going on janina had told Scott that he was hitting on her like big time asking her to runaway with him and he admitted this to Scott.

its about going through turmoil with the woman you love and her not knowing exactly what to do in whether she wants to jump back into the same relationship or not
