Songs VR Covered - the good, the bad, the ugly
« on: August 03, 2010, 07:04:59 PM »
It occured to me while having my fluids drained today at the Plasma Clinic that I haven't heard much about VR's cover of "Negative Creep" by Nirvana. Early Nirvana at that.

It was one of there first few shows they did and I was lucky enough to catch that new band smell off them.

Anyways they finished up with this sick version of negative creep where scott was like, laying down on a PA speaker corpse style and growling hell like he was invoking the spirit of sir kurt with some crazy voodoo.

whatever he did it fuckin worked like a charm and the crowd was fluid and choppy, it erupted but like the ocean it supported and swayed...fuckin crazy man...good times in music history
